Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Beach Water Spray is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. We recommend contacting your local carrier or checking with neighbors. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim with the carrier directly.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, email us at nicolechayes@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll get it sorted.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally.
